What differentiates Close from other similar products?
The transition between the leads and also the integration to include other programs such as Zoom and Calendly as well as Gmail.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Transitioning between the other tools for lead generation, easy contact and touchpoint management and telephony.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The connection bugs affecting calls, and the fact that I need to use filters to find notes . often I lost leads although they booked calendar schedule.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has been one of the crucial elements which has made my day at work easier. I can find contact history with any lead and keep the notes in the same customer account, avoid duplication.

What differentiates Close from other similar products?
Customizable UI, offers a lot of features non-existent in other CRMs. Its easy to use analytical tools enable to dissect data. The tasks are very easy to assign and manage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whenever a new lead is created from email or in Calendar, Close pulls those and assigns under my name. Also the interface is much simpler than other tools to manage the interaction records with the customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has glitches, many times are leads are not found nowhere so I need to manually create them. Also, the call quality and connectivity is an issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Close is an all inclusive CRM package, one tool that provides great sync and functionality from all the other communication tools. For managing team of BDRs, this is a very handy tool.
