An intuitive and flexible CRM

What differentiates Close from other similar products?

It's subjective but I would say useablity. Once you learn the CRM it becomes very quick to manage and update client records.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartviews and the ability to add a variety of filtering options using custom fields make Close a fantastic CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

VIOP calling can be a bit unreliable at times. Too much audio lag when making outgoing or accepting incoming calls through the CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You'll want to sit on a demo of this product first and have a clear list of what you want out of a CRM. It'll be different for every person or business.

What differentiates Close from other similar products?

Easy to use. We have a lot of temporary users in Sales & Marketing Team and this is easy enough for people to figure out with minimal training. Robust Lead and Account Management features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very good integration with Google Suite

What do you dislike most about this product?

No new features, poor reporting features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need basic lead and account management software that lets you track communications this is perfect. However if your sales flow are slightly advanced and you need customizations you will limited

Easy to use and a solid CRM product

What differentiates Close from other similar products?

Capable of making a large number of phone calls. The availability of reporting data for the purpose of productivity analysis. The auto dialer is fantastic since it allows me to get more done in less time. It's also great to be able to record a voicemail and send it off with a single click.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Close, we can rapidly and easily send texts, phone calls, and emails to a large number of potential new customers. Our outbound communication is greatly improved by the zaps we've set up to initiate automatic texting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be fantastic if smartviews could be sorted and relocated with greater ease. It would be useful to be able to use emojis, color codes, and priorities when sorting through your inbox full with tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability to swiftly contact leads via text, call, or email is a huge plus for Close. Close is really useful for our SDR team's initial contact with new leads.
