What differentiates Close from other similar products?
Close has a lot of user-friendly features which really set it apart. I can track emails, set up templates and send emails by batches. Telephony also plays a great tool in increasing connectivity as I can view the number of calls too. Close integrates really well with other platform to create new leads.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is easy to use. It shows all the customer touchpoints under the contacts so it is easier to trace all the contacts made with that customer. Reporting and analytics is another rich fetaure which creates lot of values too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes some time to learn the system and training time is relatively more to understand the features of the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For your client services team, Close can be a great tool for managing client relationships.

What differentiates Close from other similar products?
Close captures each point of contact withe the leads, which makes my job easier to go by filters to find the contact history. Also the product is constantly evolving with lots of upgrades being brought on to the table.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can send scheduled texts, emails and even voicemails without any calls. For reporting, Close is wonderful as it provides so many tools at disposal to look into larger groups of prospects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Telephony, I expect the call making feature to be more responsive and less glitches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a CRM software, Close brings all the customer information in one software. They have a month of trial to try before implementation too.
