In logistics, pipeline stagnation hides easily behind volume. Clari exposes it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

During our intermodal services rollout, Clari showed that reps were closing pilots but abandoning enterprise scale discussions. Enablement stepped in precisely there.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Adoption depends on trust. Without it, Clari becomes performative. It also struggles to narrate nuance behind operational pauses like port strikes or equipment shortages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My advice. Introduce Clari as a coaching mirror. Build enablement around trajectory patterns

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

By combining salesforce email logs calendar events and custom event streams into a single data model. Clari converts revenue telemetry into structured insights significantly improved experience over manual etl and custom analytics pipelines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cloud engineers must carefully plan crm mappings event streams and signal definitions to properly configure Clari. If this is not done correctly signals may appear inconsistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Forecasting solution that effectively unifies pipeline visibility deal risk signals and engagement metrics. From a cloud engineers perspective this tool provides multi system telemetry actionable insights.

If CRM discipline weakens, Clari becomes an echo chamber. It also struggles when organizations want to model MSP amendments and evolving contracts like classic opportunities
