What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

AIOps can help in identifying the root causes of problems by analyzing data from various sources. It prevents the downtime. It helps organizations proactively monitor and identify & address issues before it gets affected to the customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anomaly Detection, Incident Response, Root Cause Analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Compatibility issues, cost, Learning curve-users who are new to machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts needs better training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend to use it to make their Incident Management easy.

What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

One of the big differentiators for AIOps platforms is their ability to collect all formats of big data in varying velocity and volume.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Splunk is a powerful monitoring and analysis tool that collects, indexes, and analyzes machine-generated data in real-time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as major but the dashboards can be more organized and accurate for client presentation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must use and also give it a try. It will make daily activities much easier.
