What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

CISCO Jabber is great for internal communication. It is a safe and reliable tool for everyday communication. For ease of use, you can use text and call both options through Jabber. Jabber integration with your Outlook calendar keeps track of all your scheduled meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like about Jabber is its friendly and simple user interface. It so straightforward to do what you need to do. I also like the Secure file sharing and stored chat history with end-to-end encryption.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about Cisco Jabber is that it randomly logs me out sometimes. It would also be nice if it was easier to add organization contacts. Also, messages cannot be sent if the peer is offline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jabber can work in an on-premise or cloud model with MRA or Webex Calling, so you can tailor it to your needs.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

I believe one of the feature which differentiates CISCO Jabber with other competitors is the reputation of the vendor. The vendor has a very mig market size in the industry and the quality of calls both video and audio are still one of the best in the industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My personal favorite aspect is it's integration with webex and outlook. I can monitor my outlook meetings from the 'Meetings' option of the Jabber tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The 'connect to Device' option often slows down and failes to connect. It continues to show - "Looking for a device to pair with" and stays at that for quite some time before either fails or connects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is pretty handy tool for meeting your communication requirements. Product is highly reliable and easy to use with some good integration.
