Flexibility in customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

The quality of the functions must be improved. The scope is large, but certain features were already not developed further after the purchase, or were developed further elsewhere. Some features contain bugs. But all in all the relation between features and bugs is okay

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider beforehand which features are relevant and whether flexibility is desired, where self-development is possible using PHP knowledge. If this is relevant, contentserv is definitely the right partner.
