Great tool for 3D Design and Simulation

What differentiates CATIA from other similar products?
Interactive User interface and very much user friendly product. Uniqueness of the product is its very good tool in Surface module and also in generative sheet metal design. Hierarchy tree is very interesting tool and it makes finding various features easy and quicker. One another unique feature is interaction between all modules, you can easily go from one module to another during part making and assembly design.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect for this tool is its use in Surface module and generative shape design. Also Top down and bottom up approach of assembly design is one of the great feature of this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike in this product. Only one thing that is rotating, draging and other movements with mouse are little bit confusing and needs more attention
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product for Part design, Assembly design and Simulation purpose across all industry. It's worthy to use this tool and you will never regret.

Has highly customized features based on the needs of each industry, and allows accurate designing of complex parts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Supports intuitive surface modelling and covers almost all aspects of part and product designing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is quite difficult to learn and is also expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not an ideal software for beginners, but worth the investment for experienced designers.
