CaptivateIQ is a solution that is easy to use, has low barriers to entry and offers a lot of customization options
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Sales rep portal can be improved to enable sales reps estimate commision, plan documents, get compensation statements, and monitor individual and team performance all from the portal

CaptivateIQ is an excellent solution to help businesses improve their sales performance. It will allow managers to see how their team is performing and make changes where necessary

CaptivateIQ is effective at re-engaging sales representatives who are not top perfromers in regular promotions and those who are behind on reaching their sales goals
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Designing detailed compensation plans as needed. Managing each level of operation and salary distribution with a descriptive sales hierarchy. Eliminated the process of manually re-entering data or making updates to the compensation statement
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to the time-sensitive nature of this strategy, running multiple promotions simultaneously makes it difficult to track each sale and payment but the CaptivateIQ type of payment is highly motivating
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use CaptivateIQ to plan for the best case scenario, so if all your reps generate plenty of sales, your company can pay them promptly and keep morale up
