What differentiates CaptivateIQ from other similar products?
Captivate IQ was very intuitive. Their formulas matched excels, so if you are familiar with excel learning CaptivateIQ will be easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce data is pushed to CaptivateIQ with just a push of a button
What do you dislike most about this product?
There really is nothing that I dislike about this product. Anything that I told myself that I wish they had, they release that feature soon after.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
CaptivateIQ has a great beginners course that will give you a good feel of how the software works. Also, if you data comes from Salesforce, their salesforce integration tool make loading data a breeze.
