What differentiates Canvas from other similar products?

Canvas is great, but here’s what nobody is saying: Hidden Costs in Customization – While Canvas markets itself as flexible, truly customizing the experience often requires third-party tools or development work, which isn’t cheap. Overwhelming for First-Time Users – The interface is clean, but for students and instructors new to LMS platforms, the number of options and settings can feel like a maze.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless integrations with third-party tools make it incredibly versatile, allowing for a more connected and efficient learning experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform still requires too much manual effort from instructors—bulk edits, grading automation, and course management could be significantly more streamlined.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Canvas is a solid LMS with great integrations, but be prepared for a learning curve. Instructors should explore automation tools early to avoid tedious manual tasks, and institutions should budget for add-ons if they want full customization

What differentiates Canvas from other similar products?

Canvas from other products comes with premade templates for course making and course banner making to create professional courses with banners that are professional appealing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the solution. ease of customisation to the dashboard and the certificate templates that can easily be generated to create certificate for course completions and integration of the software with online meeting tools like Google classroom and Google meet

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is expensive to use if you are going to carryout online teaching between more people and the solution is not so stable as depends on the internet connection

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the solution for online e-learning management
