What differentiates CallHippo Coach from other similar products?
The way it manages numbers is clear-cut, and the quality of international calls is always reliable. When you look at other VoIP tools, CallHippo offers detailed call analytics and real-time monitoring, which is great for helping teams improve. I also noticed that their customer support is very quick to respond and genuinely helpful when you’re getting started.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hands down my favorite thing about CallHippo is how easy everything is. Creating the numbers and programming the teams was a cinch. I also appreciate the call recording feature, so we can listen to team calls for quality assurance and offers a clear summary of call activity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, it takes a little longer to get a call going during busy times, especially for international ones. You might also run into a few issues when syncing with CRM systems like Zoho. Some parts of the interface could be improved to help new users find their way around more easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team takes a lot of calls or works from different places, you might want to give CallHippo a shot. Test it out with what you’re already using and see how it works for you.
