It is easy to use. Support is great. The software works.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is a piece of software that we do not need to babysit, It works all the time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not found anything yet that I do not like. We have only used TDExchange for a short time. We used its predecessot for many years without issue

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

bReade is easy to work with. Their products work, are affordable and they provide great customer service.
