What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo is one of the top email marketing platforms for agencies and nonprofits. It allows you to customize your email marketing campaigns to your branding and mission, schedule email sends, do A/B testing, and view quality metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the fact that you can view a variety of email metrics to evaluate campaign performance to see which emails resonate with the target audience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer Service is not as quick to respond when issues arise. Sometimes we have waited several days to receive a response.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely consider Brevo if you are a marketing agency or nonprofit looking to engage with your donor/email audiences.

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
The APIs are well documented, easy to integrate, and they don’t feel overcomplicated like some other marketing platforms I’ve tried. It’s also not just an email tool—it gives you SMS, WhatsApp, and even chat, so you can manage all customer communication from one place. That’s a huge advantage compared to tools that only focus on email.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For me, the API and transactional email service are the best parts. It’s reliable, scales nicely, and I don’t have to worry about deliverability issues. As someone building customer-facing apps, that’s exactly what I need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI for campaign creation isn’t as smooth as some other tools
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re technical, definitely explore their API early on it’s solid and easy to wire up.

occasional lack of detail in reporting and analytics. Found that the advanced features, especially in analytics and integrations, are limited compared to other platforms, especially for larger businesses with complex needs. Additionally, faced issues with account suspension and support response times.
