I think Exponea is going very strong as a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) when compared to its competitors in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It supports a large volume of mails. Segmentation and lead scoring is easy Super supportive team-both account manager and online customer support
What do you dislike most about this product?
working with aggregates and running aggregates is a bit complex. Exponea is not good for creating surveys Creating pop-ups is easy but JS integration is difficult and requires the support of technical team. The recommendation model can be improved with better dashboard and more meaningful insights

Choose Exponea for its multiple features and as an All-in-One marketing platform software
