The best tool for enterprise architecture

What differentiates Bizzdesign Hopex from other similar products?
The ease of connecting the layers of the business architecture and other practices that complement it such as customer experience, risks, compliance, business continuity, etc. It is spectacular.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like two things, the first is the HOPEX360 intranet is great, it helps us communicate the business architecture without consuming licensing and the second is the ease of connecting the layers of the architecture (business, data, applications, technology)
What do you dislike most about this product?
The diagram icons look a little old
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend before hiring the tool to be very clear about the objective and implementation strategy so that the tool helps you get there, not the other way around. I highly recommend thinking about the information governance scheme. If you are not clear about the roles and those responsible for maintaining the EA data, it will be very difficult to be successful.
