What differentiates Bizzdesign Hopex from other similar products?
Hopex is great at providing easily C-level or technical reports, on self-service mode and connected to BI tools in real-time if needed. The central repository makes possible to connect any kind of objects and create a true digital twin of the organization. The MEGA team is always available to answer any question, the support rocks and the innovation team is great. Using Hopex allow to quickly demonstrate the redundant assets, the lack of functional coverage, the technical debt, the levers of process optimization... No other tool combines such a power in a single software and such a strong meta-model.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The power of connecting objects and reporting at any level relevant information in a matter of minutes or seconds.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve can be long if architects don't have proper architecture concept knowledge. Hopex is only for professionals knowing their job.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take some time (4 to 10 days) of advisory before the solution is available for you. These days are required to understand the concepts and prevent any "curiosity effect" that may lead to go too fast and make wrong choices. During these days, take the time to write down your own architecture model, map it to Hopex concepts and then, when you get Hopex access, you'll see that you will be immediately operational.
