What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?
They seem to be more integrated with the banking system then their competitors. In addition, I find their security and approval protocols to be unique
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Actually does what it proclaims to do effectively without any hidden disclaimers
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think it is a little pricy for small businesses, which overshadows its usefulness to some of my clients. Also, like other software, support is challenging and frustrating to reach.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use a consultant or existing user to help you get setup. This should not be expensive because the product is very simple, but, like with all software, you are building your use of this software from the ground up. What that means is decisions you make at the outset may effect the future usefulness of the product.
Pros

- Performance Enhancing
Cons
