What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

Every day, our employees are not required to input their time. They can input it at the end of the week or at the end of the month, the report also assists managers in keeping track of each project to verify staff time is correct. Admins can also reject the time if something appears to be incorrect, and users must correct it before resubmitting. Finally, the mobile app will assist customers stay organized and avoid recording time or costs late. Users may quickly take images of their receipts to save in their account and then record a cost on the mobile app to avoid forgotten or lost receipts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This product is easier to use and more affordable than other products, tracking an employee's work activity is easy and can include time. This feature is very useful because when a user is working on multiple projects, the timer can be started and stopped while working on each project. The system has several features that you can use to meet your business needs, the reporting feature is a great feature that allows you to customize your report to suit your business needs. In addition, BigTime has a unique budgeting feature that allows you to track the actual time / spending of your budget.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the system lacks a function for entering vendor invoices to bill clients there is also no ability to construct a contract for our consumers with various prices that occur monthly but may vary if the contract conditions are altered. Another annoyance is that if users enter their time at the end of the day or week and then press the back button before saving, they can lose all of their time retaining the descriptions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company utilizes Quickbooks for billing, I prefer BigTime since it syncs easily, BigTime is incredibly reasonable for all of the things it provides. The program may help keep track of your costs. The reporting tool is simple to use and tailor. The addition of Big Time with quotations and AR to the system provides businesses with additional alternatives for getting things done.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

Streamlining an administrative activity will save you time and money. Having the flexibility to request and personalize reports is a huge time saving. We can properly and easily reflect and alter project schedules to better understand where our existing and future resources are inadequate, or where additional project work is required, we've been able to keep projects on pace and on budget because to this simple approach to see resource allocation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime is easy to use with multiple levels and user types. You can easily customize the reports and features that each user can view and access. Works well with QuickBooks and integrates well with QuickBooks Payroll to calculate job costs. With BigTime, you can easily track the process of your project as a company and better understand the allocation of resources to success in terms of billing time and service to clients. BigTime is robust and comprehensive but generally user-friendly and easy to use, BigTime services and support will help you quickly and easily with any questions or issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd want to be able to store a timesheet template and then release it to workers based on process. Help is occasionally required to upgrade the sync agent, although support is always available to help avoid downtime.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn about the product because it is useful for calculating task expenses and keeping track of time, It's simple to set up and use, syncs with QuickBooks and simplifies payroll processing, to learn about the program features, contact the help center and attend webinars this is the best method to make the most of BigTime.

BigTime was our first product but compares well to our old-school model of tracking time via Excel.
