What differentiates BigPanda from other similar products?

I haven't seen anyone else doing quite what BigPanda is trying to do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI is really nice and easy to work with. BigPanda does a good job balancing making a nice looking UI while keeping it highly functional.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product seems to be immature. It seemed like we were the first ones to ever try using their APIs to send change data. There did not seem to be a lot of data validation happening. We were sending data BigPanda was not expecting, which was leading to a database error. This indicates to me they were not doing enough to validate before putting the data into the database. It was also allowing me to add milliseconds to epoc time when adding changes via API but then not displaying them in the GUI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can use their out-of-the-box tools to input alerts and changes but if you need to send data not natively support you will need to use their APIs. Also some of the out-of-the-box did not work as well as writing directly to the API.
