What differentiates BigPanda from other similar products?
Making this software a part of our organization has to be the best decision I made, as with this, my team does not feel burdened on its shoulders anymore. The alerts from all of our different tools consolidate quite well with it. My team now handles the incidents faster, more accurately, and with great confidence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The number of duplication alerts that gather around our monitoring stack has been reduced noticeably. I like that it has enabled me to customize escalation paths that depend on the service. Along with this, I can easily keep track of incidents and who acknowledged them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The absence of more guided workflows took me some extra time in the beginning, but it was all good afterwards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you deal with either complex environments or manage multiple monitoring systems, then adopting BigPanda will do a great favor to you as it integrates quite well with monitoring tools, and you don't have to rebuild workflows either.
