In the development of our company's tracking center, BigPanda has played a fundamental role. Despite the limitations of our small team, Bigpanda made sure we achieved our goals. Accessible and easy integration Evaluate against alternative programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part about Bigpanda is how it facilitates better collaboration between DevOps teams by using AI and ML to process massive amounts of complicated raw data, which in turn allows management to receive changes in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If a case is needed that requires low or moderate support, it is necessary to improve the support as it is not persuasive. You should expect a response within three to five days. They react quickly if the situation worsens.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The BigPanda console is easy to use thanks to its graphical user interface. You can see the impact of your change before you implement it with the Correlation Patterns preview features.
