What differentiates BigMarker from other similar products?
BigMarker support are always on hand and will set up direct engagement methods with you from day one.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You will be given a dedicated support team who are friendly, helpful, and responsive through a number of communication methods. A dedicated communication channel was set up between our internal staff and our BigMarker support team on Slack - we were, therefore, able to direct questions to specific people, continue messages in threads and this method ensured speedy responses.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some bugs prevent some functionality, but the continual development team takes all feedback and improvements are clearly noticeable from one event to the next. We found it difficult to get the level of desired engagement through the expo hall we created, but it's possible that this is also at least partly down to the users as our community is comprised of people with very busy work schedules.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If there is a feature that you're not sure whether BigMarker has it covered, it would certainly be worth getting in touch with them as it may well be something in their pipeline of continual development.

Brilliant Solution for Webinars and Meetings

What differentiates BigMarker from other similar products?
They are constantly developing and adding new features to their current software. I like the ability to pay one price for both webinar and meeting features. It is easy to use, and I don't have the download any software on my computer. As well as being able to personalise the meeting spaces in my own brand and colours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the introduction of their studio features and customisation features for the webinars and live streams. I like having my own dedicated meeting space for group sessions or one-on-one appointments. It is great being able to schedule live webinars as well as being able to host summits and evergreen webinars all on one platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being able to only set the recording feature once in a meeting or webinar. So I don't have the ability to start and stop recording when I want to. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming with the amount of features they offer that need to learn how they work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They have an excellent set of features for marketing of webinars and can also use their meeting features for coaching services.

What differentiates BigMarker from other similar products?
It is so fully packed with features that everything you want is in there. I think there is no other tool on the market that is a winner on so many levels. I used webinargeek, zoom, everwebinar, demio and webinarjam. But BigMarker is the winner :)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To popup an whiteboard and do live drawings during my webinars and livemeetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hard to say. Sometimes I'm looking for 10 seconds for a feature I don't use a lot. It means that there are so many things you can do with BigMarker this can be a bit daunting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a reliable tool to engage with your audience, don't look any further because BigMarker will blow you away!
