What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?
It is worst software I have used till now. It lags in between after taking remote many a times. Quick assist is way more better then this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing is favourite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I will never use this product if I have other software's like quick assist.

Do not go with this product. This is horrible.
