What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?

We needed a reliable and cross-platform remote assistance tool for our Service Desk's use in assisting faraway users. You won't find a better remote tool than this one. Quickly locate a user's computer with an internal list/database, examine all displays simultaneously, and use a variety of administrative and non-administrative shortcuts in the menu bar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The BeyondTrust remote help is fantastic. While the technology was initially acquired to aid our software clients, its use has since been considerably expanded to aid our internal operations team in the management and maintenance of internal systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Virtual machines in the cloud (whether public or private) are preferable to the increasingly short-lived hardware appliances. I think that conditional access is a great idea. This means that users from specific IP addresses are denied access to specific hosts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's facilitating our ability to offer remote assistance. Because we have so many people out there, we're able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. It's convenient that I can easily contact users and offer them assistance.

What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?

Powerful remote assistance program that is compatible with Macs, PCs, iOS, and Android. We have set up SSO so that technicians can use their Active Directory credentials to access the console. The solution is now also compatible with Microsoft Teams thanks to our efforts. Constant updates add even more functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The safety of using BeyondTrust is high. It has shown to be reliable and an indispensable resource for our company. It's a perfect solution for gaining trouble-free remote access to a user's computer. The product has been modified to pass our strict safety checks. The software is compatible with other services, including Microsoft Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the license and setup fees are substantial, users quickly come to value the system's comprehensive features after making the investment. The admin configuration side might use some more useful hints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Remote assistance for both managed and unmanaged machines, with minimal system impact. When it comes to remote access, BeyondTrust is an invaluable tool. Problems with software installations or networks are two examples of why it might be useful.

What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?

BeyondTrust Remote Support seems to have an edge in terms of its functionality, especially when it relates to enterprise use cases. Other differences could be found in its robust security, flexibility, and, most notably, scalability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of BeyondTrust is the remote access without the use of VPN. This also helps in reducing security risks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the interfaces are quite powerful, they can be overwhelming for new users, and also the cost could be prohibitive for SMEs with limited budgets. The cost of concurrent users may also lead to increased costs as the number of users in an organization grows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest the individual to evaluate the support need and prioritize security, not forgetting integration capabilities
