What differentiates Basecamp from other similar products?
The team is very happy, now we are synchronized and saving ourselves a lot of time that we have predisposed to improve work. Each day we can write as a note what we did and be aware of everything. Pleasant to the eye, they have been very involved in designing each tool and feature that is noticeable, and the most important thing is that they know what to do.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It really is a very practical software to manage projects, I've been looking for a software like Basecamp for quite some time and I came to it on the recommendation of a colleague, now I can work easily. Basecamp offers tools for automatic reminders, managing the agenta, good document management and both user programming and group meetings, forgetting about the difficult task 'to maintain contact with each one without losing anything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot think of any counter, at first I thought it would be less detailed, but my doubts were gone right away. In addition, each doubt was resolved by consulting with your team who are always willing to solve your problems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It deserves credit for managing projects; in our case, we had several projects and we could manage them all easily in a very low price model; on the contrary, if we had to use other software, it would be expensive and the users interface would be very difficult to handle. I really enjoy using Basecamp. I have worked on several projects using this software and it has proven to be essential for project management. The real-time communication is very effective. The application integration is excellent. I can automate my Basecamp tasks using popular integration services with Basecamp technology.
