What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Very easy to explore the application , As a manger it helps my job very easy as I can share many things with my co-workers staring from viewing time-offs and its approval , vacation policy of organization , track of salaries and incentives etc. Most of the fields/features in the application are customizable for example , time-offs section you have ability to set for 1 hours or 2 hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact is, this has everything one is looking for in terms of HR activities , as a manger I was also benefitted from it in many ways for example all employees data are stored in it , it saves lot of time for me . I can use some filters and extract the desired data. We may be having many people working with us from different locations , the only way and fastest way to connect with them is , through BambooHR .

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is for start ups, small and medium based companies only .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everything under One umbrella , if you are looking for people management data , employees data in one place , salary details of employees at one place and many more , then this is the product to have !

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Very intuitive and easy to use. Their help desk is great and they've done a nice job with documentation and videos.

Ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of a usable benefits platform especially for open enrollment. For what is there, they'd be better off not having a benefits section at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are doing open enrollment on paper, this will not help you to change that.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

In terms of platform ergonomics, BambooHR makes adapting to adding and editing employee lists a quick and relatively comfortable process. The work of the human resources department, regarding complaints provided by employees, is much faster and automatic than before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR offers good self-service dynamics, allowing candidates to add their own contact information, skills, among others, which speeds up the interviewing process. In terms of human resources, BambooHR stands out as the most complete platform to work with work time tracking, incidents caused during each day, and to generate daily reports with the information of each employee in relation to their performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

BambooHR does not adapt to some document formats we needed to cover, so in order to open the rosters we had in the past, which are in formats such as XMS, we had to resort to our old accounting software. In addition to this, the BambooHR platform does not integrate with administrative services for the creation of employee payroll management, which it does poorly by not having several tools such as an internal calculator.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BambooHR takes care of the automation of all the processes of registering new applicants for jobs, and helps to make the measurement of your results through the training processes as accurate as possible. It is highly recommended for human resource management in offices with large employee strength.
