Thanks to this software we have been able to have complete access to all the history of our employees, in an organized way, from their day of entry, to their performance in their activities. It also has time management tools, hours worked, overtime and more, which allow us to have greater control, all within an interface that I consider very simple and friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What makes this software special is the interaction we have with the employees, because from their portal, they can enter the page and request permissions, vacations, shift changes, justify absences and much more, which facilitates the work of the department and maintains an open and constant channel with the employees. All the payroll calculations we have made have been perfect, so we are satisfied with the program's performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it may be easy to use for the experienced, the truth is that some employees do not have the knowledge to enter and navigate through its portal, so a guide for them would be ideal to solve that problem. The reports generated by the system are not as complete as I would like, so sometimes we must collect information manually and perform them in other programs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software provides HR tools to make our job easier and more manageable so we can focus on another area that requires our involvement. It allows us to track and manage employee data and information to provide managers with comprehensive reports. Employees will be able to log in through an app they can have on their phone to make some changes themselves. Employees can be grouped by job category for inventory, reporting, tracking employees and their work, payroll and signed documents, and more. It facilitates communication in our company while maintaining order and efficiency.

BambooHR excels in all categories, despite the small bugs with the notes. It has an excellent user interface and the integrations make the job easier to operate and carry out. It is a tracking tool designed for any company and we can handle payroll in a totally reliable way.

BambooHR has a very user friendly and easy to use interface for the customer. It always keeps up with the latest updates as far as tools are deserved with respect to customer feedback. It usually updates almost immediately the comments that are left and maintains a very comprehensive organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally certain features lack robustness according to specific reports or tracking with respect to each employee's work time. There is one major flaw and that is the similarity of the configuration notes between employees and candidates, which causes confusion when sending a report according to the notes.

We recommend 100% BambooHR as an infallible method for the management of human resources and to be able to keep in order the arrival and departure schedules of each employee. It is necessary to keep a balance and have everything organized from the main work panel.

It removes the hurdle of submitting a request via email and giving justification for the leave. Employees may easily access it, and using a signature is not at all difficult.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are eagerly awaiting BambooHR to introduce a more user-friendly component for monitoring staff time clocks. It would be helpful to have a mechanism that notifies you when meal periods are missed, etc. We are also anticipating their eventual acquisition of an efficient scheduling component.
