What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to constantly evaluate new prospects, new charges, combine tasks, and the program essentially enables us to distribute the complex tasks of daily operations, and it has all the features that an HR director needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have been able to schedule the odd video appointment with him to solve problems or give us some teaching according to a better use of the software since we train day by day with him, and I haven't found anything I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe that the cost is a bit high when income is obtained from many collaborators, the same amount is not invoiced every month and I recommend and suggest that lower value contingency measures be adopted for these scenarios.

Sincerely, the things I despise are really little. My biggest complaints usually revolve around the lack of customizing options. Overall, I wish their benefits module could be customized to meet Canadian needs rather than just being US-centric. We don't always had luck with the add-ons,

It's great to have all employee information in one spot. I also adore being able to run reports, organize performance reviews, and distribute notifications to the entire group. The recruiting and onboarding processes are excellent, and so is the customer support. They have essentially considered everything. If they haven't, they'll always welcome criticism and will put suggestions into practice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to comprehend how to set up leave management procedures, and I'm never sure I accomplished it correctly. I discovered on January 1st that I hadn't done it correctly, but it was too late and I required to adjustments to everybody's balances. Additionally, only US-based businesses can use payroll and some other tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BambooHR would be perfect if you're looking for a solution that's very organized and simple to use, is uncomplicated in terms of the HRIS, and doesn't require a complicated ATS. I believe BambooHR does a great job handling the HRIS side of things; it has strong reporting, a nice procedure for requesting signatures, good onboarding features, and good time-off monitoring and approval features.
