It merely provides us with a one-stop shop for managing employee records and gathering insightful information, finding, hiring, and onboarding the finest employees, streamlining paychecks, tracking hours, capturing perks, and measuring productivity of employees and satisfaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate how simple it is for personnel to comprehend the various sorts of absences, the absence policy, and the monitoring system thanks to the platform. It removes the hurdle of submitting a request via email and giving justification for the leave. Employees may easily access it, and using a signature is not at all difficult.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are eagerly awaiting BambooHR to introduce a more user-friendly component for monitoring staff time clocks. It would be helpful to have a mechanism that notifies you when meal periods are missed, etc. We are also anticipating their eventual acquisition of an efficient scheduling component.

We required an employee data portal with robust access level management. This would enable us to provide managers with greater openness and responsibility. We also need a recruitment and onboarding solution that would enable us to simplify our recruiting process across all of our territories. BambooHR enables us to easily handle payroll, keep track of all employee information and signed papers, and provide employees with access to their data as well as vital corporate information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BambooHR has produced the market's best HR platform. We had to be up and running swiftly due to a well-planned implementation procedure. The work paid off since it assured that we got the most out of BambooHR as soon as possible. One of my favorite features is the ability to onboard and offboard personnel utilizing a variety of workflows and alternatives. We also like how we can maintain track of employee information, such as paperwork that require signatures. BambooHR can convert any document into a signature template, complete with custom fields, signature order, and other features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adapting to non-calendar year review cycles can help to enhance the performance module. They've lately posted ad hoc evaluations, however it'd be nice to be able to establish our timetable depending on the anniversary of the employment date.
