What differentiates Balto from other similar products?
Balto is a game changer for telesales professionals. Working 40+ hours a week, sometimes we may for get what to say or miss a part of the conversation. Balto helps me and my team guide our conversations into sales thus helping us and the company. I don’t know another company like Balto, so that goes to show how much of a necessity they are to the industry and I wish other companies had access to them as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the fact that they track our conversations and implements reminders right on time before we move on to something else.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s nothing I don’t like, I really can’t think of anything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Various other call centers should have Balto, it would help with quality control and better consumer experience. If they’re looking to make the customer’s experience better, then they should have this product.
