Easy-to-use Cloud-based solution

What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?

Significant benefits include ease of use and deployment, close integration with Azure services, and interaction with Defender threat services. The finest is network invasion; additionally, it needs much less daily maintenance because it is cloud-native. Security must be kept in the proper context. Integration is quite good. It works with Azure monitoring software. Autoscaling can be set up based on how many business transactions are made.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature of this tool we like the most is its outstanding cloud service and firewall protection for cloud data. Additionally, our organization uses Azure for cloud data management since it provides various features, including high availability and redundancy in data centers across the globe. Easy to use and deploy, tightly linked with Azure services, and interaction with Defender threat services are all major pluses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is less optimal and appropriate for advanced installations due to production constraints. Oracle T3 and F5 features don't support bespoke protocols, which results in design constraints. They regularly had to make decisions between alternatives for specialist firewall solutions. This has made the deployment more challenging than was previously anticipated. It took a lot of work to solve implementation issues. We also learn that the product's cost might be more competitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For apps that use the public cloud, one of the better choices. Our organizational units have benefited from testing Azure and other competitors' firewalls and threat management systems. Our threat pre-emption improved significantly after implementing the Azure firewall services for our cloud-based web/CRM applications. The NAT rules enable complete inbound threat detection. The reporting tools are reasonably accurate and comprehensive.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity

What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?

It can be managed using automation tools and has full api support. Its arm confit templates have also occasionally been managed via Terraform Cloud. Thanks to its recording system and appealing dashboard interface, which allows us to view the policies and regulations, we can identify and correct any rules that should not have been permitted in the first place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

An excellent platform for managing cloud information and firewall protection is Microsoft Azure. In addition to being able to create and apply connectivity directives, which is perfect, it is notable that it uses IP broadcasts and makes it easy to find external firewalls. Pay-as-you-go payment system, scalability, integration with the overall cloud platform, and minimal to no outrages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to inbound network filtering, the competing products are better. Numerous Azure firewall known issues still need to be resolved. For delicate applications, this can be a minor issue. However, there are techniques to avoid these as well. Pricing tactics that are improved may affect this. Resources are expensive, and this technique is challenging to teach someone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It protects our data, and this problem will always exist. That is a significant advantage. Azure Firewall is one of the best cloud-based intrusion and protection technologies we can use for all enterprise apps. It works for all types and is very scalable. With this approach, we can protect organizationally crucial data stored in an Azure virtual network from all harmful traffic.

What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?

Azure DevOps (ADO) was quickly implemented, and the organization uses it extensively. A robust and necessary layer is needed for corporate digital transformation. Active Directory connections to on-premises infrastructure and seamless integration of Azure DevOps with the Microsoft Enterprise Platform make this combination unmatched.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The phases of planning, development, delivery, and operation are how DevOps impacts the application lifecycle. Each position is a stakeholder in each phase since they are constructed on top of one another and are not role-specific. It enables collaboration and precise coordination of previously isolated tasks, including development, IT operations, quality engineering, and security, to produce higher value and provide superior goods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We encountered issues with our DevOps system during the move from on-premises to the cloud. Because it was a one-time operation, the time spent would be well worth it because the remainder of our DevOps processes would be more straightforward. There are better choices than this for projects that involve waterfalls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can feel at ease knowing that things are reliable and secure. Quite helpful in bringing the team together and speeding up our tasks. A project can be built and tested fast with this tool. We advise that you get in touch with them if you have significant issues with this program.
