It can be tricky for someone who is using it for the first time as it requires some training before using it. It does not allow any customization User friendly documentation and manual guide are missing for troubleshooting.

It is highly recommended to other for transferring very confidential data of businesses at a very high speed and securely.

Predictive monitoring, alerts and actions backed by machine learning help you to meet your service level agreements and avoid security related incidents.Existing templates to customize according to your file type. You can take advantage of automated workflows to encrypt and transfer files according to your organization's requirements. Control all aspects and gain a consistent point to view via a single administration console for deployment, configuration and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs technical knowledge to implement. No free trail facility available. Other similar products like ActiveBatch where you will get same features with same pricing and 30 days free trail.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to recommendation I will prefer to go with ActiveBatch as it is providing more features with the similar price to Axway MFT. It is not fit for small and medium businesses. But if you are going with Axway MFT then I would advice to deploy Axway Managed cloud service which will give you best service and no fear of data loss in any way. Apart from that Axway's technical team also helpful and takes queries seriously and provides instant resolutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used this product in my company where we use it for universal file transfer within our organizations, clients, partners, etc. It helps us to keep our official documents, agreements, proposals safe and secure. Everyday we are getting files of our projects, services where our customers, partners, clients, authorities uploading files which may contain KYC documents, company financial documents, confidential documents and once uploaded in our system it directly received in our cloud service where it is protected and never got leaked. It simplify scaling and controls with containerized deployments and zero downtime updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Whether it is useful in our company still I don't like this much. Because it is sometimes becomes difficult to understand. It has no trail period so you can use demo only after contacting their team. Not best for small businesses. At it's pricing you will get same features and more from other competitors like GoAnywhere MFT, Cleo, ActiveBatch, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this if your company size is large or you can afford enterprise plan with it's available features. If you have small or medium business then I don't think this will be a best choice for your company. You can consider GoAnywhere MFT, ActiveBatch whereyou will get free 30 days trail to understand the features and plans for small businesses or beginners with your requirements. It has good support quality. It ensure data residency and content access to compliance with full governance and auditing. You have multiple options to set up like on-premises, private cloud, Axway managed cloud, public cloud, etc.
