What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avoma is highly organized and actionable, which is ideal for follow-ups and sync. It enables us to easily onboard without major training due to its user-friendly interface and proactive support. Early detection of churn signals like negative sentiments or recurring customer issues during calls has increased my outcomes. Moreover, its customer support is also very responsive and provides professional services while resolving every problem in a very short time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks aggregated insights across multiple calls, like patterns in objections, pricing discussions, or recurring feature mentions. I believe this will benefit in identifying trends across dozens of calls and help in strategic decision-making.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
