I feel it's fairly similar to its competition, but that necessarily is a bad thing

How easy it is to implement when switching from another competitor

Haven't had much support with technical issues but IT seemed to fix it before it got to Autodesk support team

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for the cost, and switching is easy
