What differentiates AssetWorks FleetFocus from other similar products?

I have no idea, this is the only software of its kind that i've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's all-encompassing and can be used as a standalone solution for nearly all fleet management needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's clunky and the UX is not intuitive enough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the ability of the staff to understand the massive amount of data that must be managed on the back end. People are quick to complain, but this software is pretty powerful.
