What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It's intuitive and easy to use. It allows the entire team to coordinate efforts and stay on task and track each others progress against a project easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how you can use a browser extension to create quick tasks and then tag them so they are easy to find.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that you can't setup templates and you have to setup a sample project and then duplicate it each time you setup a new project.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the free version and get your team on board and committed to using it daily. Setup recurring task lists so you have a checklist each day to help manage your flow and this will keep you on task with using the software each day.

Asana is diversified and with benefits for synchronizing with Google Calendar and linking with Gmail mail, it allows the option of inviting collaborators to the project and uploading files in an unlimited way, it also has the virtue of changing the views based on preferences and the needs of users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Asana to manage the workflow of tasks and projects, it offers the start and finish details of each one of them, it connects all the work teams allowing communication, organization and planning to finish projects with efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana has the views on separate platforms it is awkward if you want a perception of link with the teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Asana is useful for centralizing collaborative, productive and organizational aspects, as well as for sharing ideas, managing tasks, and managing projects.
