What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Easy to understand user layout which new users can quickly learn to use. Users can even customize the look of their dashboard to fit their current preferences or choose to temporarily hide navigational features from view.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana introduced the Asana intelligence functionality a couple months ago. This functionality primarily brings artificial intelligence ( AI ) into how projects and tasks are managed. With this unique AI tool, I have been able to build entire task workflows , enabling me to manage project goals and access important analytical questions about my projects by simply posing a question to Asana intelligence, as if I am chatting with a fellow workmate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On mobile device, I come up with the feeling that the small screen doesn't do enough justice to Asana. It is simply best suited for a large screen not a mobile phone. This makes it a lot preferrable to use asana on computer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As long as it is not being used on mobile devices, I will happily recommend Asana to most professionals seeking efficient project management.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
When we changed from Trello to Asana we loved the variety in boards and overviews. Also their chat, notifications (sometimes a bit much) and sharing options are pretty great. But then again I do think there are project management tools that work just as great as Asana. So I think it comes down to some personal preferences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use is great. Its simple, straightforward and reliable,
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I have to choose something, that I switched off pretty quick, is the huge amount of notification mails I received. Each time a colleague commented/posted in Asana you receive an e-mail. That was a bit too much for me. But luckily you can change that in the settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As I said: I think it comes down to personal preferences. Because as far as we could tell there are no huge differences between the other project management tools. So go and test them all out before you make your selection!
