Asana is the best tool for managing projects
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
With Asana, it's easy to keep track of both personal to-do lists and larger, longer-term projects. Asana's customized views and custom rules make it easy for our team to succeed. As a result of the regular feature upgrades, we remain focused on our objectives. Although there are other project management and strategic alignment tools out there, Asana was the clear winner in our comparisons.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows me a great deal of leeway. Sharing and distributing material is always a good thing. This helps me stay on track since I need to know what's expected of me. I can use it for a variety of things, like keeping track of contacts, taking notes, and creating action items.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because you can only assign one worker to complete a task, it is pointless. The person's @name in comments lets you add them as "contributors" to a task. However, when I wanted both persons to evaluate a document, I realized that I had to create a task for each individual.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana is a fantastic exercise program, and I wholeheartedly endorse it. It's a breeze to grasp. You don't need to be an expert in anything.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Asana has many features to help us track and assign tasks easily. We used Asana to replace our morning Todo mails and every project is clearly documented inside Asana.

All the third-party integrations available with Asana help us to easily get all the updates on platforms we need
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana is expensive compared to the alternatives we had to switch from it because of its pricing but overall an awesome product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Quality and potentially cheaper tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana features are all about empowering the entire team rather than just the project manager. The emphasis is on task and workload management features that allow the team to prioritize different aspects of the project without burning out
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana gives the choice of creating, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks in several different formats including task lists, Gantt charts, and kanban boards
What do you dislike most about this product?
Please improve the copy and paste function because I use it like everyday and currently it is not functioning properly. Assigning tasks is also not possible if there is no internet connection
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, Asana is one of the few project management tools that you pick up with very little instruction from the vendor. The single left-side menu lists out all of your key destinations, such as home dashboard or tasks lists
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
