What differentiates Arctic Wolf MDR from other similar products?

I find the concierge service whereby I have regular meetings with team with the aim of constant cyber security improvements to be the key difference

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The portal design and functionality are very helpful on btinging different data points together to see the overall picture quickly

What do you dislike most about this product?

No much to be honest, if there was an issue I would say mixing their old and new portals rather than retiring the old ones

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly suggest adopting it as I have found it exceeded my expectations

They offer their solution for an affordable price where a lot of the other vendors in this space still expect the moon when it comes to pricing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can reply to their alert emails and I get quick responses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The collaboration with my personalized team has not been great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it fits the price point, it may be a good place to get started.
