What differentiates Appcues from other similar products?

With Appcues, I'm able to track behavior throughout the application, using event tracking and without having to involve a developer. This is not only saving costs but also saving a lot of time by speeding up the process of collecting these data points.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to set up event tracking, so I know where customers are going within the app, without having to create a job for our developers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the issue isn't clear enough for me to solve without involving support when it is a matter of a setting that i've got wrong. Doesn't happen often but it does happen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can afford it, the event tracking option is well worth it if you want to know what your customers are doing.

What differentiates Appcues from other similar products?

More comprehensive than the competitors that we evaluated in the same price range.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like the checklist and popover features that can be triggered conditionally. We also use the tooltips during onboarding to create a product walkthrough.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics and reporting need improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't overlook the popover screens. They can be used at any phase of the customer journey, even months or years into their account.
