What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?
The range of features that it offers, and the capabilities of the software at the price it goes for is rare in the market. I'd like to say it was created with the small business owner in mind, not that the other products are not, but anydesk serves premium for low cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that I can customize my account to give address/access to anyone across the world to fix an issue or troubleshoot a problem together, probably IT related, that would necessarily require a visit, without moving from their location is a big flex.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It deals with internet connection and the back end seems to not lag sometimes, causing frustrating service and taking more time than expected to fix an issue as the screen gets blurry sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Considering optimizing your business/job day-to -day task and most importantly, customer experience, the go for Anydesk, you'll thank me later.

What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?
AnyDesk offers an On-Premises deployment option. This gives us full control over data flow and helps meet our strict regulatory policies like GLBA.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The two-factor authentication for unattended access is a must-have feature for all remote devices. We can enforce strong identity verification before any support agent touches a client machine
What do you dislike most about this product?
The session logging is good, but I wish the integration into our SIEM was more seamless. I have to spend time exporting and parsing the logs for suspicious activity
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
AnyDesk is a solid choice. Prioritize the On-Premises or custom cloud option to maintain control over security
