What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?
AnyDesk offers multi platform remote access. Initiating remote control takes just a minute. The chat feature during a session is useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whenever we have technical glitches during an online class, the tech team helps resolve issues using AnyDesk. The tech executive takes remote access of the laptop and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike. If we end the session the remote access ends, so it's safe that way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
AnyDesk an amazing product for anyone taking online classes or hosting webinars. The Tech executive is able to resolve issues remotely and quickly depending on the issue.

What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?
What immediately stood out was how consistently AnyDesk connected when other tools stalled. Low bandwidth. High latency. Aggressive NAT. It kept getting through.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I used it daily for edge node recovery. BIOS interventions. Headless device troubleshooting. POS system support inside retail networks. It handled real-time screen redraws over shaky LTE links better than anything else we tested
What do you dislike most about this product?
Enterprise administration lagged behind usage. Central policy enforcement was there, but not always intuitive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
AnyDesk excels where connectivity is hostile. If your MSP supports retail, healthcare, manufacturing, or transportation edge environments, it is extremely dependable
