What differentiates Amazon Lex from other similar products?
We can easily integrate Amazon lex with other AWS services and satisfy customer requirements. Since Lex can be integrated with other AWS services we don't need any third party applications for storage and other purposes. It has good features compared to other chat bot development platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It perfectly identifies the intent when customer speaks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are only few built in slot types. It would be good if Amazon increases them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's very good to build chat bots. Please use all it's features to make a better not.
