What differentiates ALICE Receptionist from other similar products?
It allows clients who enter the building to directly contact the person they are seeing
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That anyone entering the building can call the agent they need directly without delay
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be hard for clients who are not computer savvy to understand and navigate. Also it is very loud when you enter the building and causes people to be startled. It would be better if it only went off when someone needed to use it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product to have especially if you do not have an administrative person to answer or transfer calls to clients

Its a very unique product!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality of the screen and the personalities of the receptionist that are available, all very cool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The camera placement is not ideal. It must be adjusted fairly often for people of different heights.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy one! Its a nice thing to have in the front lobby, and definitely stands out.
