What differentiates Rainbow by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from other similar products?
More oriented towards companies that are capable and prepared to customise their CPaaS, adapting it and molding to their very specific needs and requirements
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Openness to modifications and adaptations, good UI, solid UX if worked on
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very poor out of the box compared to market, but then again it doesn't seem to be the type of CPaaS that is intended to be "finished" at initial setup, rather it is intended to be additionally developed which is why a good development kit is important
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Preferably go for it if you require basic CPaaS that you will additionally develop in accordance with your needs
