What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is very friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are very few features that I dislike. Being able to pull any attribute into a column view would be nice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend trying it as it will likely greatly enhance customer experience.

What differentiates Akeneo Product Cloud from other similar products?
Based on our experience, Akeneo has implemented many new features which we initially had to customise, making the solution easier to use natively. We have suggested some features, many of which we have been consulted on to gain an understanding of our requirements, and these have been implemented and meet our expectations. They are quick to act on new trends and advancements in the product management space and, to my knowledge, were one of the first to integrate AI tools into the PIM natively.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Akeneo is extremely easy to use and configure, and the only real training required when implementing the product with end-users was on our internal processes and implementation, rather than how to use the system itself. It provides a 360 degree view of our products and allows us to update our channels in the way that we require.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One area for improvement has been the workflows, where this has been a bit more complex to manage, but there have been some recent improvements to this feature which have recently been released to us, which I believe will solve the issues we've been experiencing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Akeneo has worked for us, in our context. It provides us with the set of features we need to create, update and syndicate our products across our various channels and at a cost we believe is palatable.
