What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
My employees and collaborators work remotely and Airtable has helped me in an incredible way, knowing the status of each project. Its ease of use, makes it easy for everyone to understand the activities to be performed without major inconveniences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very intuitive, so adapting to this tool was really easy and fast. I also love it because it can be adapted to other applications such as Dropbox and when we are working on the project, which we place the annotations, it updates in real time, which makes the experience easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of its cons is that it does not export Excel charts and it is a program that we use very often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the best programs for project management, which will make your company, whatever the area, can improve and grow, because it will make all your projects are executed on time.

It is extremely customizable. The possibilities are seemingly endless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I can do pretty much anything I want in any layout
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think its a little too open ended. I like the customization but sometimes it can feel like excel.

Give it a shot and see how you like it

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Airtable allows the ease and familiarity of a spreedsheet combined with the ability to rapidly develop unique dashboards with visualizations. This has enabled me with minimal work to take the data I already was collecting and create live dashboards for various constituencies I serve.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect would be dashboard customization - whether for my own uses or an external stakeholder, I have many options to create a clean and attractive data display. Additionally, they significantly discounted the license for educators during the pandemic, which I directly benefitted from and speaks to the character and altruism of the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's not much to dislike about airtable. For some use cases the available data visualizations are limited, or you have to be a power user to set up tables to create the kind of visualization you need (again, in limited use cases).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ditch your spreadsheets! Airtable provides a rich feature set with an attractive and intuitive UI that will impress your stakeholders and draw more into collaboration. It has been a game changer for me as I document and analyze data across my educational organization.
