What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

This software gives you customized fields and view of the data, form collaborative workspaces with automatic notifications and backups while synchronizing the data and linking the data by making records and keeping tracks and snapshots for record management and making a proper timeline with deadlines. This software is highly customizable where rows and columns can be configured, the view can be changed according to the need of the project and the special notes can be added to the tasks of the projects. It is really simple to use with easy drag and drop optioning and some users can be limited to read only options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers multi-functionalities from basic to advance, where can add comments for other team members and notes too. This gives a high security database access where the rights given to team members are changeable. And it is also very easy to use where you don’t need any special command on the coding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software is relatively high on prices because it has fixed prices even for casual user or the user availing advance features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While there are some week points of this software, but it is a great piece to use for team works and collaborations. With its spreadsheet logic style, I can easily be handled by those who have good command on spreadsheet.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We have been able to have all the database of our customers and all the information of the different departments in one software, because it is so easy to use that we do not need training. Dragging and dropping a cell makes it much faster to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a mobile version that has impressed me, as it has all the functions of the web version, making my work much easier when I am out of the office and need to access the stored information. The fact that it is not just a database, but has project management functions, makes it the perfect tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can get confusing so many cells and boxes on the same screen, so it would be good to redesign the interface to avoid confusion. The customer service is not the fastest or timely, several times we tried to communicate, when we started the installation and we did not succeed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A tool that is very easy to use and that will serve all departments of the company, because it has a large storage and capacity for the different databases of all areas of the company. I highly recommend it, because it has made my work team aligned to the objectives set.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

I don;t know that there is a similar product to Airtable. It has so many different functions. I've used it for everything from a contact list to online teaching.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The templates are really helpful and incredibly useful. There is something for almost every eventuality and it is all customisable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not that intuitive but the learning curve isn't that steep.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You risk nothing trying it and you will probably like it.
