What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?
Air call is a reliable service that allows our team to make calls efficiently. It also provides our managers to insights into our team's activities. Over the years we tried multiple different calling services and aircall has been the team favorite. It's definitely on the pricier side, however, a team who likes there tools will use their tools. We've think the level of productivity is worth the price.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love the reliability of the tool. It's so easy to make calls and the quality is fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We don't love the outreach.io integration. There are a few too many clicks for making quick. Our team likes to move very quickly through their follow-ups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have a number of team members who do not live in our CRM and Aircall has been the best solution for people who are making calls while using a variety of tools.

Amazing calling software with messaging feature

What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?
It's easy to use, gives us a option to chat through messages, call transfers. added a lot of benefit to my sales process. Can be used on a Laptop, Desktop and through app on mobile phone as well. Value for money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Option to make calls as well as chat through messaging services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
customer support is not great and should be improved. We work Australia time and sometime had to wait for hours to get the support as they work US time
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it. Value for money. Better than other similar products.
